Emily Bruhn

Health and fitness have always been important in my life. I began my journey in sports and later found my passion for weightlifting. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Psychology at UW-River Falls. I have received my NASM Personal Trainer Certification.

With a background in bodybuilding, I'm dedicated to helping others unlock their physical potential. I have experience in group fitness coaching and offering nutritional guidance. In an industry full of "one size fits all" mindsets, I enjoy getting to know individuals, what works best for them, and guiding them to achieve their fitness goals through personalized training, proper technique, nutrition guidance, and consistency.

Coaching Packages

45 minutes of 1:1 in person training with emphasis on form and workout protocol guidance based on your specific fitness goals.
